CED AFRICA

CED AFRICA Group aims to be a Think Tank at the service of Africa development through the facilitation and the provision of opportunities of knowledge, expertise and know-how, by african human resources, in order to better serve our countries and our continent.

CED AFRICA Group has its headquarter in Dakar, Senegal.

Its main objective is to promote Africa developement and emergence through knowledge and skills development embedded on a rooting spirit, taking particularly into account the specificity of our african context, but also, based on an open spirit,  through the organization of exchange activities initiatives as well as local and/or international scientific, academic and intellectual events in order to benefit from the opportunities offered by the sharing of the economic and social development good practices.

One of the major activities of CED AFRICA Group is constitued by capacities development and reinforcement, particularly for the public and parapublic sectors, the civil and civic society but also for the private sector, through training programs in key areas and delivered under the form of courses, seminars and conferences.

With the support of its branches within member countries, CED AFRICA Group can deploy itself at any time in any place within and out of the African continent, with training programs available in French and in English, face-to-face or by distance.

In addition to training activities, CED AFRICA Group is also specialized in Coaching, Consulting and Management Advisory activites to bring solutions in the unavoidable need of search of performance for our african Organizations through a better confection and a better implementation of strategic development plans, an optimal structure organisation or reorganization, the setting up of an effective and efficient human resources policy as well as a quality-oriented policy.

In order to fulfill its missions, CED AFRICA Group leans both on its own team of Experts but also on an international network of worldwide competent and notorious Experts in various areas of activities.

CED AFRICA Group considers itself as one of the main and potential partners of technical and financial partners, donors and African international Organizations specialized in the promotion and the investment for development as well as a potential and strategic partner of Governments and other decision-makers involved in the definition and the implementation of public policies in Africa.
